The rules behind every review.
Znole Reviews publishes signed reviews of Znole Technology, Znole X and Zftox. These guidelines explain how a review gets here, what stays public and how the review team works.
01Who can write a review
Only members can write. A member signs in with the email linked to their account and confirms it with a one-time code sent to that inbox. There is no way to post as a guest, and no one can post on behalf of someone else, including our own team.
Each member can submit one review per company. Reviews are final once submitted, so please take a moment to write yours carefully.
02How reviews are verified
- The member signs in with their account email and a one-time code.
- Their profile is read directly from the company account, never typed in by hand.
- The review is signed with that account and receives a public review ID.
- The review team checks it before it is published, usually within 24 hours.
- Paid members are marked, and a blue tick shows an issued Znole ID card.
03Writing a helpful review
- Describe your own experience: what you expected, what happened and how it turned out.
- Be specific about the service, the business leads, support or delivery you received.
- Write at least 40 characters so others can learn from it.
- Keep it respectful. Strong opinions are welcome; personal attacks are not.
04What we never do
- Hide or remove a review because of its rating.
- Edit the words of a member review.
- Offer rewards or discounts in exchange for a review.
- Publish reviews written by our team or by anyone without a member account.
06How companies respond
The review team reads every review. Critical reviews receive a public reply and a dated resolution trail: concern raised, team responded, action taken and member confirmed. The trail stays visible after the matter is closed.
07Your privacy
Your review shows your first name and last initial, city, skill and plan. Your email address and full Znole ID are never shown publicly. Sign-in codes are valid for 10 minutes and can be used only once.
08Report a concern
If you believe a review breaks these guidelines, or you need help with your own review, write to support@znoletechnology.com with the review ID shown at the bottom of the review.
