Only members can write.Every review is sent from a logged-in member account. No one can post from this site or on behalf of someone else.

Every rating is published.One star or five, a review is never hidden because of its score.

Nothing is edited by us.The review team cannot change a word of a member review. Only the member can update it, and updates are marked.

Removals are rare and explained.Spam, abuse or personal contact details are hidden, with the reason shown in their place.

Which companies are reviewed here?

Znole Reviews publishes signed reviews for Znole Technology, Znole X and Zftox. Each company has its own page, rating and review history.

Are these reviews from real members?

Yes. Reviews can only be submitted from a logged-in member account on the company website and arrive here through a secure, signed connection.

Are negative reviews ever removed?

No. Reviews are never removed for a low rating. Only spam, abusive language or personal contact details lead to a review being hidden, and the reason is shown in its place.

What does Signed mean on a review?

It confirms the review was sent from the reviewer account itself. Paid member means the reviewer holds or has held a paid plan.

What is a resolution trail?

For critical reviews, each step taken by the review team is shown beside the review, until the member confirms the matter is resolved.

Can a review be updated later?

Yes. Members can update their review at any time from their account, and the review shows that it was edited.
